For homeowners
See your dock before you build it.
Independent CAD plans and photorealistic renderings — not tied to any builder, so you can compare bids on identical drawings.

Why independent drawings
Whose dock is it?
Most dock companies will draw your dock too — sometimes free, sometimes as an upcharge you don’t see coming. Either way, that isn’t the same as a design that works for you.
A builder's design sells their build
Free or paid, a drawing that comes from the company quoting the job is a sales tool first. It locks you into one bid.
Identical drawings make bids comparable
When every builder quotes the same set, the difference between their numbers is the difference between them — not between three different docks.
You own the drawings
Take them to any builder, or hold them for a year. They're yours once they're delivered.
Designed around how you'll use it
Not around what's fastest to frame. That's the whole reason to have someone independent draw it.
The conversation
What we’ll ask you about.
Before we draw anything, we want to understand how you’ll actually use the water.
- Morning and evening use
- Seating and entertaining
- Boat and lift needs
- Water access and swimming
- Appearance from the house and from the water
The deliverable
What you get.
- Renderings you can show your family
- Dimensioned drawings your builder can build from
- A square-footage budget that keeps you under the lake authority's cap
Selected work

New to this?
Not required, but it changes your leverage. Go to a builder first and you get their free drawing, with their build already baked in. Come to us first and you own the drawings, so you can take the same design to multiple builders and compare bids against each other.
If it's rejected because of something we got wrong, we fix it at no charge. If it's rejected for a reason outside our control, your standard revision terms apply.
